Home Remedies for Throat Infection


How To Prepare throat | voice infections Natural Ayurvedic Home Remedies:

Remedy 1:

Ingredients:
1. Sesame oil 250 grams.
2. Spreading Hogweed (punarnava or tella galijeru) leaves 500 grams

Method to prepare throat infection natural remedies:
1. Take the oil in a vessel and keep it on light flame.
2. Now, slowly add Spreading Hogweed (punarnava or tella galijeru) leaves to the oil and boil it till the leaves turn to black colour.
3. After it is gets cooled, filter the oil and store in a glass bottle.

Usage of throat infection natural remedies:
Apply the oil uniformly on the entire throat when it is in light warm condition. And gently massage on the applied area.

The improper functioning of the throat will be rectified on continuous application, and all types of throat infections and voice problems will be resolved.

Remedy 2:

Ingredients:
1. Spreading Hogweed (punarnava or tella galijeru) leaves
2. Candy sugar (patika bellam/kalakanda) powder 125 grams

Method to prepare natural home remedies for throat infection:
1. Extract 250 ml juice from punarnava leaves.
2. Take the juice in a vessel, add candy sugar powder to it.
3. Keep the vessel on light flame and stir the mixture until it remains like a thick paste, and store it in a glass bottle.

Usage of natural home remedies for throat infection:
You can take half tea spoon paste along with half glass water two times a day.
