How To Prepare weight Loss Home Remedies:

Remedy 1:

Method:
Collect pure rain water in a container (don’t use plastic) and store it.

Usage;
Take half glass of rain water, add ¼ th tea spoon of pure turmeric powder to it and take it daily early in the morning. (Do remember to take the food after one hour)

Remedy 2:

Ingredients: 
1. The black babul tree (nalla thumma) leaves
2. Chebulic Myrobalan (karakkaya)

Method:
1. Soak the babul tree leaves in the water and grind it to become like paste.
2. Turn the karaka fruits into powder, add little water and make it like paste.

Usage:
1. Apply the babul tree leaves paste to the entire body.
2. After 20 minutes, apply karaka fruits paste to the body and wait till both the pastes will get dried. Later take bath will light heat water.

2. Now add enough honey to that content.

Usage;
